About Us
The Thomley Hall Centre is a new multi-purpose centre on the border between Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, set up to provide facilities for children and young adults with disabilities and/or specific needs.
Thomley Hall Centre consists of three facilities, each of which has been set up independently and incrementally:
- Thomley Activity Centre launched in July 2002 in the company of our patron Mr Jeremy Irons
- The Thomley Training Centre offered its first course, accredited by Oxford Brookes University, in October 2002
Thomley Activity Centre
An activity centre for children and young adults with disabilities and/or specific needs. Open to families, groups, schools and colleges.
Thomley Training Centre
Providing courses and resources for professionals working within the field of disability/special educational needs.
Friends of Thomley Hall
Volunteers helping to support the work of the Thomley Hall Centre.
The Oxfordshire Family Services Development Officer for Autism is employed by the charity "Children in Touch", but is based at Thomley Hall.
The Thomley Hall Centre Ltd. is a non-profit Limited Company with charitable status. It has seven trustees who have overall responsibility for the management of the centre. We are registered as a company in England and Wales No. 4297671, and we are a Registered Charity in the United Kingdom, No. 1089224.
